Return Policy

At SOTG Private Limited, we take great care in packaging and shipping our live succulent plants to ensure they arrive healthy and undamaged.

We do not accept returns, but we will replace or refund a live succulent plant if it falls under the eligibility criteria for replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund:

  • The plant(s) must be in unhealthy and damaged in any way, upon delivery.
  • The customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report any concerns about the health or condition of the plant(s).

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Perishable items other than live succulent plants
  • Sale or clearance items

Replacement or Refund Process:

To initiate a replacement or refund, please contact our customer service team at suraj@succulentonthego.com or call our service number (+91 8709661440) within 24 hours of delivery. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which must be included with your return.
