Shipping Policy
We require a minimum of ten days to process and dispatch all orders. Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on the courier service chosen by the customer during checkout.
The delivery time of your order will depend on the courier service chosen by you during checkout. We work with various courier services to ensure your package is delivered to you as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times as courier services may experience delays beyond our control.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue. To report the damage, please email us at suraj@succulentonthego.com with your order number and photographs of the damaged product(s). We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. If the provided address is incorrect, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to deliver the package to the correct address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is not claimed by the customer, we will contact the customer to request an updated shipping address and additional shipping charges if required. If we do not receive a response from the customer within two weeks, the package will be considered abandoned, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States.
